1. Welcome to Cheknin (Beta)!
Cheknin is in its exclusive invite-only beta phase. By using this website, you agree to participate in testing, provide feedback, and understand that this is an early-stage product. Features may change, and things might break—that’s part of the journey!

2. Who Can Join?
You must be at least 16 years old.
This beta is invite-only. Signing up does not guarantee access.
We reserve the right to limit or remove access based on our testing needs.

3. Claiming Your Chektag
Your Chektag is unique and first-come, first-served. If someone in an earlier wave claims it, we can’t do anything about it.
Choose wisely—you can’t change it later during the beta.

4. How Cheknin Works (For Now)

• Generate your Layer 1 Avatar.

• Check in at real locations using QR codes.

• Earn Engagement Energy (EE) for participation.

Your engagement helps shape the future of Cheknin.

5. Avatar Generation (Important Beta Note)
As part of the onboarding experience, you’ll generate your first avatar based on responses you provide. This process is experimental and used for training purposes only.

• The avatar and responses are temporary and will not carry over to the next stage of Cheknin.

• All input during this phase is discarded after training and evaluation.

• We may test different avatar generation methods during the beta, so expect changes.

By participating, you agree that this is a testing phase, and your data is used solely for internal development and model improvement.

6. Engagement Energy (EE) – What You Need to Know
EE has no monetary value and is for beta testing purposes only.
EE earning rules may change as we grow the platform.
No guarantees—some EE features may not carry over post-beta.

7. Beta Means Testing (and Bugs!)
Cheknin is a work in progress. Expect bugs, changes, and new features as we test what works.
Some features may be removed, modified, or reset during the beta phase.
Your feedback is crucial—share your thoughts to help improve Cheknin!

8. Data & Privacy
You control your data. You can request deletion anytime.
We don’t sell your data. You trade it.
Analytics may be collected to improve the platform. We're still shaping this part.

9. Fair Use & Community Guidelines
Engage authentically—no fake check-ins, bots, or system manipulation.
Be respectful to other users and businesses. It is real life, so normal rules apply.
Beta testers found abusing the system may lose access. Forever. :(

10. What Happens After Beta?
This is an MVP test phase. Some things might carry over, others won’t.
We learn, we iterate, and we grow—adding new features to give you more control, more value, and more evolution.
