 How It Works (and How to Keep It Real)

You’re helping shape the Cheknin movement, and that’s a big deal. To keep it fair, we’ve set a few ground rules. They’re simple but important—because real influence is earned.

How to Earn EE (Engagement Energy)

  • When you suggest a local spot, we’ll send you their unique QR code.

  • You’ll earn EE only after the business displays the QR code and it’s verified by a real, third-party check-in (not you or your mates).

  • It’s about real-world engagement. No shortcuts, no hacks.

 

The 3-Step Process

1️⃣ Submit the Business – Share their name, location, and type. Be sure it’s legit and local.
2️⃣ Hand Over the QR Code – Next time you’re there, pass it to the owner or manager. Let them know it’s a chance to join Cheknin—free, easy, and ready to go.
3️⃣ Get Verified – Once the business displays the QR code and gets its first verified check-in, you earn your EE. Simple.

 

✅ Keeping it Fair (And Why That Matters)

We’re all about real action and real rewards. So:

  • One Submission Per Business – First valid submission wins.

  • No Fake Check-Ins – If we catch false check-ins or gaming the system, the EE is revoked.

  • No Fake Businesses – Only real, active businesses count. Submitting fake spots means instant disqualification.

  • QR Code Must Be Public – QR codes have to be displayed where customers can easily see and scan them.

Because Cheknin is about real influence. You’re helping shape a network of real businesses and experiences. When you play it straight, you help the entire community grow.

 

🚫 What Happens if the Rules are Broken?

  • EE earned from fake or invalid check-ins will be revoked.

  • Repeat violations? That means a temporary or permanent account suspension.

  • Submitting fake businesses? That’s a permanent ban—because we’re building something that matters.
